Hillbilly Classic - WILL BE RESCHEDULED

We want to share an important update regarding the Hillbilly Classic. Due to the ongoing EHV-1 outbreak, Roane State Ag Expo Center has made the decision to close the facility, which means the Hillbilly Classic scheduled for December 5–7 is officially canceled.

The show is hosted by the Region 3 Show Committee of the Tennessee Quarter Horse Association, and the committee is working closely with the American Quarter Horse Association, Roane State Ag Expo Center, and Peak Equine Productions to explore options for rescheduling. Coordinating a new date will take time as they align availability across multiple partners and the facility.

We appreciate Roane State’s commitment to prioritizing the health of our equine partners and the broader East Tennessee equine community.

As soon as we have new information or a confirmed plan, we will share it with our exhibitors and members.
